Regression or direct suggestion for mirgraines

    Friday, October 19, 2007, 01:16 PM [General]

    Hello All

My mother suffers awful mirgaines and has come to me help when she discovered hypnosis works wonders for mirgraines. I am curious to know would this issue be more of a direct suggestion or regression. I have the gerald Kein patter book, which has a wonderful script for mirgines. I guess I am just trying to figure out how to tackle this. I'm interesting in knowing if anyone has run across some good hypnosis books about magraines and how to handle them. Any help would be great in this matter. Opps I forgot to ask the most important question here. Does hypnosis cure the magraines or just stop the person from having them as much?

    Whats New

    Thursday, October 11, 2007, 03:26 PM [General]

    Hey Everyone

The session with my father went okay, but it was a interesting session since he didn't want to forgot the numbers or go into somabamlisum. Either way it went okay and was a great practice session for me.

Yesterday I had a session with my sister in law for study improvement and it went great. Our session lasted almost an hour and a half. It was interesting because I found out the cause of her problem was caused from a teacher calling her stupid in the 3rd grade. It really is amazing to see what causes the problems in each of us. We did direct suggestion, motivational talk, guided imagery and more. I know it might seem like overkill, but I really wanted to get the practice in and eliminate the problem. I can't wait till see if she passes the graudation test this time after failing three times.

In other news, I recently ordered some programs from the Omni Hypnosis Center for Study Improvement, Stop Smoking in one session, regression and sports improvement. So I am really exicited to get these and can't wait.

Things have been good, but I am worried about my voice. It seems after each session my voice hurts really bad. I have bad tonsils, but can't afford to get them taken out. I'm curious if anyone has any tips to help me keep my voice in good shape since it is important to a hypnotist.

Well I got to run, but if you guys want to see what else is up with me check out my blog at whatsonmybrain.com

    Sports Improvement and Hypnosis

    Wednesday, October 3, 2007, 11:09 AM [General]

    Hey Everyone

Tonight should be some really great practice for me. My father is a Pool Player and wants me to help him with some sports improvement hypnosis. I have never done any sports improvement before, but from my training it appears to be mostly direct Suggestion . He is a really great pool player, but for some reason when ever he goes to the big tournements he doesn't play as well as he does in local tournements. He believes that he gets nervous and that stops him from focusing. Pool is a very focused type and he knows he can win this big tournement. I know that I got to get him to somablisum and help him fix the problem. It should be really interested to see how it goes. I would love any advice, tips or suggestions from anyone who deals with sports improvement or has worked with a pool player.

I also had an idea of him imagining that he was at the US Open and winning and I am planning on actually having him play a pretend game of pool in his mind. Well just some thoughts but would love to hear any feedback. I will keep this blog updated with my progress.

    Thanks

Getting ready to get certified by the NGH

    Tuesday, October 2, 2007, 10:10 AM [General]

    Hey Everyone

I have recently started my training to get certified by the National Guild of Hypnotist. I am taking the training from a board certified Instructor in Atlanta, Georgia.

At my first day we received a bunch of information, packets, training manuals and a lot of other goodies. I have already started reading through the material and this is a lot of information. So of it I already knew and some it is new to me. I really am enjoying it and had a question for anyone who is certified with the National Guild of Hypnotist. Could anybody give me any information about the test? for instance how long is it or key things I should study or just any tips or suggestions. I really want to be the best hypnotist I can be and pass with flying colors. Thanks for all the support and you can continue to follow my journey at whatsonmybrain.com
